PDF Tools

Convert, merge, split, and edit PDF files.

PDF has become the default format for anything that needs to look the same on every device and print correctly every time — contracts, applications, scanned paperwork, reports — but that consistency comes at the cost of flexibility: PDFs are awkward to edit, combine, split, or convert without the right tool.

These tools handle the everyday PDF tasks that come up constantly: turning a photo or scan into a proper PDF, combining several files into one, splitting a long document into individual pages, pulling out just the pages you need, and fixing a page that came out sideways. Every conversion runs on the actual file you upload — no re-typing, no manual reformatting — and the file is deleted from our servers automatically once the job finishes.

Each tool page below explains what the operation actually does to your file, when you'd reach for it over a similar-sounding tool, and how it fits with the others — split and merge are opposites, rotate and extract solve different problems than either. If you're not sure which one you need, the description on each card is a good starting point.
